A chat that includes some unread messages is marked with an indicator that shows the number of unread messages. There are indicators of unread messages of different colors:

• Orange means that the chat is new and requires a faster response.
• Blue means that the chat is not new and can be answered normally.
• Gray means that the chat is assigned to another operator. You can also see the number of messages not read by that operator. When you open someone else’s chat, the gray indicator of unread messages remains the same.
