To disable a chatbot, do the following:

1. Go to Settings → Chatbots.
2. Click on the chatbot you want to disable.
3. Turn off the “Active” switch.
4. Done! The chatbot has been disabled and will no longer interact with your website visitors. You can enable it again at any time.
