Response times report

The Response Times report includes the following charts:

  • First Response Time: shows the average first response time.
  • Response Time: shows the average response time to all chat messages.
  • Time to Close: shows the average time spent on chats before closing them.

You can see the stats by date, week, and month. To open the report for a specific operator, click on the operator name from the list below the bar charts.

To view the Response Times report, go to Reports → Response Times.
