Chatbots report

The Chatbots report provides you with insight into your chatbots’ performance.

You will see the following metrics:

  • Sent: the number of welcome messages sent by chatbots to your visitors.
  • Engaged: the number of chats in which visitors interacted with a chatbot.
  • Completed: the number of chats in which users interacted with a chatbot up to the final action of the scenario.

To open a report for a specific chatbot, click on the name of the chatbot from the list below the bar chart.

To view the Chatbots report, go to Reports → Chatbots.
