An operator can assume one of these roles:

An operator is a user who can:

• • Receive chats.
  • See other operators’ chats.
  • See the list of other operators.
  • View reports.

An administrator is a user who can:

• • Do everything an “Operator” can.
  • Customize the chat widget appearance.
  • Set up auto-invitations and chatbots.
  • Add other operators.
  • Change chat distribution settings.

A user who first registered a Chaport account automatically becomes an “Administrator” and “Account Owner.” This operator can’t be deleted, and his / her role always remains the same. The account owner can choose a pricing plan and pay for the account.
