Missed chats

A missed chat is a new chat that was not processed in time. Missed chats are marked in red.

A timely processed chat is a new chat when:

  • An operator answered it while a visitor was still on a website.
  • An operator answered it within 2 minutes after receiving the first message from a visitor (even if a visitor left a website).

Closing a chat counts as a response. A chat that was closed in time is not marked as missed.
