Direct chat link

You can provide your customers with a direct link to the chat. Do the following to get the link:

  1. Go to Settings → Installation Code.
  2. Click on Copy App ID.
  3. Replace 
    <YOUR_APP_ID>
    in the link https://app.chaport.com/widget/show.html?appid=
    <YOUR_APP_ID>
     with what you have copied.
  4. Done!
