To permanently delete your Chaport account, including the entire history of your correspondence with customers, do the following:

1. Log in as the account owner.
2. Go to your profile settings. (To do it, click on your avatar and select “Profile”.)
3. Click on “Delete account”.
4. In the pop-up window, type DELETE.
5. Click “OK”.
6. Specify the reason for deleting your account.
7. Add a comment (optional).
8. Click on “Delete account”.
9. Done! Your account has been successfully deleted.

Please note: This process cannot be reversed!
